Information you provide:
I work alone. I collect and store personal information about my clients in the normal course of business. Your right to privacy and confidentiality is respected. Therefore, I do not discuss or share your business or private details with any third party.
Information I provide:
You should know that:
- I will not accept projects which are illegal or are detrimental to the professional reputation of writers and other information professionals.
- I will recognise and adhere to intellectual property rights, licensing agreements and other contractual agreements.
Indemnification:
The customer agrees to indemnify CorProof, against liabilities for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that may be construed as originating from use of the service. The customer assumes agency in this capacity, and for any party that they represent. In the case of dispute over services, charges, timing or treatment by CorProof, the sole and exclusive remedy of the customer (and the interests represented by them) is to discontinue the service.
Privacy:
Unless CorProof is ordered at a point of law, all communication shall remain confidential, unless agreed to in writing (including email).
Termination of Service:
CorProof reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the service at any time without notice, and at the sole discretion of CorProof. In the event of refusal of service, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.
Warranties:
The provision of the CorProof site, communications and services are without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. No part of any correspondence with CorProof shall be deemed a warranty. The customer is solely responsible to evaluate any correspondence, service or information provided by CorProof.
